Help the 8U Bull Sharks reach the 15th Annual NCS Ultimate Youth World Series in Northern Nevada!

Entry Period

Opens Oct 15, 2025 at 5:00pm ET and closes Nov 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET (“Entry Period”).

Drawing (date, hour, place)

The random drawing will be held Nov 9, 2025 at 12:15 pm ET, conducted on Facebook Live and Instagram Live via @fkbullsharks, and administered at the Clayton Sterling Baseball Complex at 900 Kennedy Dr, Key West, FL 33040. You do not need to be present to win.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) winner will receive one prize bundle (total ARV approx. $2,182), consisting of:

Source of prizes: donated and/or purchased by FKBS. No cash substitution (except as stated), and no transfer of prize by winner.

Suggested Contribution (does not improve odds)

1 for $20 • 5 for $75 • 10 for $130 • 20 for $200 (best value).
A contribution does not increase the chance of winning.

Free Entry (No Purchase or Contribution Necessary)

To enter without a contribution, mail a legible 3×5 card with your full name, phone number, email address, and the words “The Road to Nevada! 8U Bull Sharks Raffle Entry” to: FKBS, 2764 N Roosevelt Blvd #2158, Key West, FL 33045. Limit one (1) free entry per person. Must be postmarked by Nov 1, 2025 and received by Nov 5, 2025. The same drawing date, place, and terms apply to free entries. FKBS is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail.

Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How the Winner Is Selected and Notified

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received (including free entries). FKBS will attempt notification by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of FKBS’s first notification attempt and complete any required documents (e.g., IRS Form W-9). If the potential winner (i) does not respond in time, (ii) is ineligible, (iii) fails to complete required documents, or (iv) cannot be contacted due to inaccurate/invalid contact information provided at entry, the prize will be forfeited and FKBS will select an alternate winner by random drawing; this process may repeat until the prize is awarded.

Prize Pickup (No Shipping or Delivery)

The winner must pick up all prize items in Key West by Nov 14, 2025. Pickup location will be coordinated with the winner in Key West. No shipping or delivery. Non-pickup by the deadline is a forfeit; an alternate winner will be selected.

Odds, Taxes, and Records

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize; IRS reporting and/or withholding may apply. FKBS will keep appropriate records and issue any required tax forms.

General Conditions

All entries become the property of FKBS.
FKBS decisions are final and binding on all matters.
FKBS may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant with these Rules.
FKBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the raffle, and to draw the winner from eligible entries received up to the time of action.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to comply with applicable law.
Purchases of raffle tickets are generally not tax-deductible charitable contributions under IRS rules. Consult your tax advisor.
Release/Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release FKBS and its officers, volunteers, sponsors, and donors from liability related to participation or prize use, and (where lawful) grants FKBS permission to use winner’s name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
